Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a dental practice, general or specialty, that grosses $1M or more a year.
  • Your CPA files a correct return every spring but rarely talks to you before December 31st.
  • Your CPA, bookkeeper, payroll company and financial advisor each do their part, and none of them sees the whole picture.
  • Nobody has looked hard at how you pay yourself through the practice in years.
  • The practice has a basic 401(k) or no retirement plan at all.
  • You're thinking about new equipment, an associate or a second office.
  • You'd rather hand off the books, the payroll and the filings and stay chairside.

This Is Not For:

  • Associate dentists who don't own a practice.
  • Practices that gross under $1M a year.
  • Owners who want to keep doing their own books.
  • Practices that only want basic accounting to get by.
  • Anyone chasing a tax trick they heard from a colleague or a podcast.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How our tax and accounting team handles the practice's money and your taxes all year, so you can stay chairside.

We Start With A Tax Analysis

Every new client starts with a personal and business tax analysis. We see what you've filed before, and we usually find things worth acting on right away.

We Keep Your Books Every Week

Our team updates your books in QuickBooks Online every week. Each month you get a profit and loss statement, a balance sheet and a year to date summary you can actually read.

We Run Your Payroll

We run payroll, track PTO and handle benefits deductions. We also calculate, file and pay every local, state and federal payroll tax on your behalf.

We Make Tax Moves All Year

We set how you pay yourself, adjust your quarterly payments and time big equipment purchases, so each move lands in the year it saves you the most.

We Set Up Your Retirement Plan

Our financial planners design a retirement plan around your age, income and staff. For owners in their late 40s or 50s, a 401(k) with profit sharing plus a cash balance plan can shelter $250,000 to $400,000 a year.

We File Every Return

When the year closes, our CPAs prepare and file your practice return and your personal return, so the return reports the moves we already made.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
We take care of your practice taxes and your personal taxes, from tax strategy to tax filing, under one roof with your bookkeeping and payroll. So the team that plans your year is the same team that files your returns. To switch, we get access to QuickBooks and payroll and pull your past returns, so it takes very little from you.
Will you cost more than my current accountant?+
Maybe at first glance, if you set our fee beside your CPA's invoice. But our pricing covers far more than basic accounting: tax strategy, tax filings, bookkeeping and payroll, all under one roof, so you stop paying separate companies for each piece. In many cases, our clients end up saving money overall.
How much does it cost, and what does the guarantee cover?+
Our fee isn't published. Accounting and tax work is billed as one fixed annual fee, agreed in writing before we start, and Thomas quotes it up front on the strategy call. The "or you don't pay" guarantee covers that tax and accounting fee only.
Is this the risky tax stuff I keep hearing about?+
No. Every move we use is a standard, published part of the federal tax rules: a reasonable salary inside your S corp, a retirement plan that fits your age and your staff, and equipment deducted in the right year. We also keep the books and run payroll ourselves, so the records behind each move are kept week after week.
How much of my time will this take?+
The first couple of months take a bit more, while we learn the practice, how you pay yourself and what's already in place. After that the work shifts to us. When a decision comes up, like a new scanner or a salary change, we bring it to you with the math done, and you give us a yes or a no.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Salary changes, equipment purchases and a new retirement plan have to be in place by December 31st to count for 2026. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
Do you work with practices outside South Carolina?+
Yes. We work with our clients virtually, by video and through a secure online portal, so we can work with you wherever your practice is.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Thomas asks what the practice grossed last year, how you take money out, who handles your books, payroll and return, and what retirement plan you have now. Then he tells you plainly what he thinks we could save you and where it would come from. If the number is small, he'll tell you that too.
One Last Step

Want To See What Your Practice Could Save Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, Thomas looks at your practice revenue, how you pay yourself and your retirement plan. You'll leave knowing which moves can still count this year and roughly what each one is worth.
